We went for a site visit during our holidays to the changi beach.
Instead of white, sandy beaches that we should be seeing, what we saw was a beach littered with rubbish.
Plastics cups, Styrofoam boxes used by consumers which were not discarded properly.
dead fishes could be found as well, horrible..
What had they been thinking while they littered?
that there wasn't a single bin to be found? or was it that the bin was just too far away that they were lazy to walk? or that the cleaner could pick it up and throw it away for them?
These people do not think of the consequences when they are littering.
What if the rubbish get blown by the wind and gets into the seawater?
What had the consequence be like?
It would just be similar to the previous post, with penguins, or maybe for this case, marine animals getting suffocated to death by these plastics.
To prevent this, we should all work together and save the environment.
earth is our home, where we live, what will happen when it is gone?
Do what you can to help the environment.
Stop littering, use less plastics.
